[00:00:00] Lorilee Rager: Hey, I'm Lorilee Rager. I am a designer and entrepreneur, and I am hosting a brand new podcast called Ground and Gratitude. Lately I have been asking myself what it takes to design the life I want, one that not only grows but also gives. Where you can grow into being a better person, have some understanding of your own past experiences, and give back by sharing your story and experiences in hopes that they maybe better someone else's life and your own. This podcast is a space where we'll explore and expand our understanding of what it means to live a truly healthy life you design, mentally, physically, and spiritually. I'll be having honest, real conversations with experts and friends about life as a creative, a designer, living in recovery, full of resilience, with some leadership, mindfulness, and much more.

[00:01:04] Natalia Ilyin: There are a lot of people who don't want you to write, and so they make it so that you blame yourself, when all you need to do is step away from that whole thing and just write your truth.

[00:01:16] Will Messer: Like the reason we do the hard work and we feel the hard things is actually so that we can move into experiencing more joy, more gratitude, more clarity, more peace.

[00:01:30] Britney Campbell: That hits me at my core, very deeply.

[00:01:34] Lorilee Rager: If you're looking for quick fixes or magic elixirs, this podcast ain't for you. Because I've lost my bullshit card and we are going to talk through real feelings that people don't normally say out loud. For those in search of thoughtful advice, non-judgemental discussions, and a little bit of humor, you might just want to tune in wherever you get your podcasts.

I'm asking all of you, artists, introverts, parents, entrepreneurs, men, women, sober, or sober curious, all of you people out there, join me in getting a little more grounded with gratitude.
